All you have to do, is follow them. You know, you have that "followers" thing on the side? yea... well, most people have that. Just click "follow" and then when you go on your blogger dashboard, you'll see when they update. If they don't have the "follow" option, just go to your dashboard and click on the "add" button below on the reading list. Copy and paste the url, and voila! You're following that blog. The only "easy" way to get to people's blogs is to follow them.
